As anyone who has watched me host a Culinary Distinction show knows, I love to juice! I thought I’d share a couple of the fresh drinks I’ll be making today on-air. Easy, delicious and healthy!

Fresh & Fabulous Cran-Orange Juice
Great for a boost of calcium, vitamin C and antioxidants (excellent for helping to prevent urinary tract infections too)

- 1 cup fresh or thawed cranberries
- 3 oranges, peeled with white pith remaining
- 1 small bunch green or yellow grapes on stem
 
Toss fruits into juicer and enjoy!  This will fast become a juicer favourite- don’t be fooled, this is not what they sell in stores.
 
Zing-a-ling Juice
Excellent for boosting your immune system and cleansing your system
 
- 1 quarter, cored pineapple
- 2 whole apples, any variety
- 1 large carrot, stem removed
- 1 small knob of gingerroot (quite powerful, so start tiny and add more if need be)
 
Toss fruits, veggie and ginger into juicer and enjoy!  Wow- what a kick of flavour to rattle the taste-buds.  An overall awesome drink.
