It performs like stainless steel but has the easy food release/cleaning properties of traditional non-stick cookware and is extremely durable and three times more abrasion resistant than traditional non-stick cookware!
GreenPan is oven safe to 450°C / 850°F and will not release and toxic fumes, blister, or peel when overheated. Each hard anodized aluminum pan has twice the strength of stainless steel.
