I love these workouts. All that is required is a small amount of space and some basic equipment, hand weights, possibly a chair and a mat. I love the flexibility to make the workout as easy or as hard as you need. I was a very disciplined exerciser for many years and recently lost motivation. I purchased the DVDs 4 weeks ago and can’t get enough. It’s 25 mins in total which provides a total body workout. All you need is a small set of weights, a mat and a small workout space. Well hellooooooo there! I’m Dayna Devon, I am the biggest cheerleader (and spokesperson) of the Sensa Weight Loss System ever. I’m looking forward to my visit up in Canada and The Shopping Channel tomorrow to present the Today’s Showstopper from Sensa!
In 5 months, I lost 14 pounds without doing ANYTHING different. I am embarrassed to say, I didn’t even work out (although I do think that’s important). Even more exciting, I have kept it off for the last 6 months!
