Since the 1990's, Scott-Vincent Borba has been leading the cosmetics industry by changing the way people think about skin care forever. It hasn't always been easy but Scott-Vincent Borba credits his parents for being great role models, instilling in him a strong work ethic and for giving him the advice that he lives by - invest, spend wisely, save for the future and give back when you can.
A graduate of Santa Clara University with a joint business and law degree, Scott-Vincent Borba has spent his career in the beauty industry working in both marketing and product development with some of the top companies in the world. Among other notable industry achievements, Scott-Vincent helped to create Hard Candy Cosmetics and he was responsible for developing the Neutrogena Men's line of skin care products for Johnson and Johnson.
In 2005, Scott-Vincent launched his own line of topical skin care products with Fiber-Knit Technology under the BORBA® brand. This technology is an entirely new approach to skin improvement and is evolutionary in the cosmetic industry.
BORBA's "first-of-its kind" Fiber-Knit Technology literally surrounds the skin with nutrient-infused ingredients and cosmeceutical-grade fibers. A natural, web-like protection is provided while allowing active ingredients to penetrate and significantly improve skin's deepest layers. In addition to his work in skin care, Scott-Vincent is passionate about giving back to the community and spends a great deal of time and effort in raising awareness for children in need. Among his passions is The Covenant House for which he is an active spokesperson. The Covenant House is the largest privately-funded childcare agency in the United States, which provides food, shelter, counseling, and education to homeless and runaway youth.
