444018 is the item number. I bought it last year and 4 diamonds fell off and the ring itself is useless to me now, since it looks bad. I dont know what to do with it anymore. I dont want to repair it because I feel the quality was poor and I dont need to pay of the repair. I called in customer service and they told me to get it repaired from local jeweler which is outragious.
i also bought this ring in the blue it was a gift and loved it but now i have noticed that two diamonds have fallen out of it, i;m so disappointed in the quality of the diamond show. i have know idea how much it would cost to find blue diamonds in the size of the ring and get it fixed ..it isn;t even a year old… don’t know if i will buy anything from the diamond show again, i have bought lots of jewellery from other shows and never had a problem with them ..
