    Has anyone else had problems with the Shopping Channel & Dell? Wrong product shipped, can’t get answers from anyone as to when this will be corrected, given erroneous information as to shipping dates, web site information incorrect, each blaming the other for the error - in general just getting the run around. This definitely will be my last purchase from The Shopping Channel.
