I have 2 product spray that clogged up with the majority of the product still in it. The Tanu Elastik hairspray 9 oz and the Rub Out 4.5 oz.
I have written the company 3 times to complain. NO RESPONSE. I love the product bu how can I trust or buy their spray products again?
I also regret to say that I experience the same problem with The Rub Out, 3 tins in total, 2 of the large size, and also the smaller one in the “Try me Kits”, and it is so unfortunate because I really like the product, but I have wasted so much it is not worth it. I will swear by this product, because I really, really like it, but I cannot even recommend it to anyone. This is ridiculous, and something should be done. The Shopping Channel should take firmer action, because I also wrote about my Gift Certificate fiasco given to me for my Birthday, and it is as though no one cares. Please learn a little more about Customer Service for starters.
Hi all. I adore The Shopping Channel Bog. I am having great difficulty finding the Ojon restorative treatment. I always replenish my products from TSC website. Could someone please tell me when this product will be back in stock. I am completely out and am starting to panic!!!!!

I took the plastic sprayer piece of the top of the hairspray can and soaked it in hot water for awhile. I find I have to do this every few days. I do love their products.
