I will never again purchase anything WP. I purchased the Swivel Baker and by the time we opened the package it was too late to send it back to the shopping channel but the baker would not turn on and also we purchased a set of knives and the scissors broke, we only had them a couple of months and the plastic handle broke. Sent emails to the ones listed in the information. The reply re the scissors was that they don’t supply individual parts for the set and the shopping channel has washed their hands of it also. I am still waiting for an answer to emails I sent to 2 different sites over a week ago re the Swivel Baker and still have heard nothing. The shopping channel has yet to respond but I doubt if they will do anything but wash their hands of it. I intend to talk to the Better Business Bureau re this matter. Everything is great on air ” we care about our customers” but only if you have no problems with items but when it comes to dealing with a problem its tough folks
