I got the enviro tech 8″ memory mattress and it is way below our expectations, as it has caused me and my husband low back pain after 4 days of use. It lacks firmness. Maybe they are not intended for heavier people like us (approx 170 - 225 lbs) Now the problem is how to return and ship it back to mississuaga ontario (its origin) “in its original shipping/packaging condition in order to get back my refund - to pay for shipping back to Mississuaga (lol). UPS nor DHL will accept pick up and shipment of a king size mattress. It was delivered by UPS in a tube w/c in now way we can pack it the way it was when it was deliverd since the mattress has expanded already to its max size???? I hope shopping channels gets back to us re this matter. We sent them email already as we need to return the item w/in 30 days.

Dissappointed with both TSC and Enviro Tech!!! Ordered the 10 inch mattress as a Show Stopper on Sept 30th and have yet to receive it!! Called and was told they didn`t know if they could even get it. That there were issues with the shipping, the mattress is in the USA. Asked if I could pick it up at their warehouse and they have no idea. It has been 2 weeks and was told to call back in 5 days and they may know if I can get it but no promises. So much for the hassel free, free shipping!!!!
