    I always enjoy your fresh approach on tsc.

    Recently I purchased the 400 GB click-free device. I had sent tsc an email asking if this unit could back up an external hard drive simultaneously. The answer came back no, but I have tried it and it not only backed up my internal files well, but did it for my THREE external hard drives simultaneously.

    What a product! But it may limit sales of the Click-free Transformer….

    I would like to acknowledge you as the first individual to comment on a blog that I wrote. I will forever remember this moment and thank you for being a part of it.

    I am glad to hear that you are having a positive experience with the ClickFree device. I love how you call it a device too by the way because that’s what I refer to it as.

    I will share your note with the rest of Canada the next time I am on air because I am sure that others, like you, have multiple drives.

    It is such a convenient product and I really do feel that each computer owner should have a ClickFree device.

    Feel free to call in while I am showcasing ClickFree products to share your story with the rest of Canada.

    With regards to the ClickFree Transformer, I agree and remember, this product is for those who already own an external hardrive and want to keep it but have that “ClickFree” experience. It’s always great to have choice.

    I purchased the clickfree from the shopping channel a few month ago. I have a problem with it working on all my computer. Right now it is plugged in ti my laptop. When I go to windows explorer and although it shows it as a H drive and it light s up, it will not load any files.If I click it it says insert a disc in the hard drive. Can you help me with this problem, please.
    When it does work it, works really well.
