    Why does the Shopping Channel have e-mail to air??I have tried so many times on different shows to have questions on products answered and not once have any of my e-mail to air questions been addressed. This is not something that has just happened once or twice but numerous times. I would understand if the shows were extremely busy with customers calling in but this has never been the case.

    I would also like to know what happened to Betty - Jean. I enjoyed her shows so much. Is she no longer working there ? Although she is still on the host information area.

    I take this opportunity to wish all your Hosts, Models and the entire Staff a very Happy, Healthy, & Peaceful NEW YEAR, trust everyone had a Merry Christmas. For 2010, I hope that the Customer Service improves, I had a very bad experience, when my daughter gave me a ‘gift certificate’ for my Birthday, I encountered endless problems, back and forth emails, different personnel responding dealing with the same matter this was a nightmare, it was as though no one cared, just another day for them, my daughter couldn’t believe the hassles I had,and they had no proper explanation, this was paid for up front, when I ordered, they are requesting my credit card information. We are both very good customers, but are now hesitant, although she just purchased my Christmas gift from you.
    Also I agree that the profiles of your Hosts & Models should be updated. Greta is a professional. I will exclude the critics. Will be monitoring your Customer Service, even I think they were baffled.
