10 minutes is all it takes - and I feel great!
I have to say I’m actually enjoying my daily work outs! Earlier this month, I bought Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer and I love it. It’s a great addition to the cardio I already do on my bike and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
I had a couple of shows with Rosalie Brown last week which was awesome because she continually motivates me and gives me great advice. I always keep her mantra in mind - strength training, core training and cardio combined, a little each day.
What does your daily exercise routine consist of? Leave a Comment below and let me know. I’m always looking for new and fun ways to stay motivated.

Hi, Denise:
You have given me incentive after reading your recent posts and seeing you on the Mio broadcast. I am going to get up early and try to do an hour before going to work. Thanks!
Hey Denise,
I am a regular shopping channel watcher and customer. I’ve been watching the Live Better Event and thought I’d add a comment. I work out regularly at home. I have to. It’s as much for my head (need to burn off excess mental energy as well) as for my body. I do a little circuit. I have a Tony Little Gazelle…I love, love, love this machine…I have a rebounder and I have a small step bench as well as weights. My workout consists of 40-60 minutes using a mixture of all of these as well as floor exercises…squats jumps, kicks whatever works…I do all this while I watch…Yes, Yes, Yes…the shopping channel!
Hi Denise,
First of all I always think you look amazing, but I was curious to know more about the workout plan are on. I am expecting baby number 4 in July and now that I am working full time, have very very little time or energy for a trip to the gym. I am thinking this 10 minute workout might do just the trick to keep me energized and fit (gosh knows I’m going to need it this time aound!) Do you think that it would be something I could do?
Miss you all,
Love Kirsten
Hi Marcella-Glad to hear you are going to try to workout in the mornings. I find it’s the best time. Let me know what and how you’re doing. If you picked up the Mio; I think you will love how it motivates you and keeps you on track.
All the Best,
Hi Tina-I agree with you working out is not just for our body but also our mind. I find that since I’ve been working out everyday I feel stronger, more energy and less affected by the day to day challenges. I love the mix you have going on with your workouts; it’s so important for many reasons. I just found out from Kathy(one of our models) about the Tracey Anderson Method. She has trained a number of hollywood celebrities. You can check it out on youtube.
All the Best,
Hi Kirsten-Congratulations on baby #4. I think you would really love the 10 minute workout. Your constantly moving, lots of variety and you definitely burn calories. I have to say if you need to get back into working out after the baby arrives, this is a very good option because it’s fast, fun and effective. I would say start with this and then add to it over time.
All the Best,
Hi There:
I was wondering what had happened to Greta and Kirsten? I haven’t seen them on the Shopping Channel in months and was wondering where are they?
Many thanks and have only super nice days!
