Oily? Dry? Normal? Determining your skin type tips from Scott Vincent Borba
A question I hear often is “How do I determine my skin type?” After all, this is a question that needs to be asked and answered when you desire healthy, youthful and glowing skin.
There are several easy things you can look at to determine your skin type. If your forehead and nose tend to get shinier later in the day, and your cheeks and chin look dry you have a classic t-zone, combination skin. If you tend to flake and look dry you are most likely a dry skin type.
Normal skin is skin that doesn’t get too oily or too dry. A good test you can use is to pat a tissue on your face and look at the amount of oil and sweat that comes off. The pattern on the tissue and the amount of moisture collected is usually a good indication of your skin type.
