Memorable moments over 10 glorious years
It always amazes me how I came to Canada to retire and instead of staying at home and knitting socks, Suzenne and I decided to go into partnership and re-launch Elizabeth Grant Skincare on The Shopping Channel. And what a success it has been.
I will never forget my first TV appearance. I came to you as a perfect stranger. I didn’t know who was listening or how many people were watching and by end of the day, after 4 shows, I sold out! I was thrilled and delighted and I remember thinking to myself, ‘what a wonderful channel, what a wonderful country and what wonderful people!’ And still today, every show I do fills me with the same excitement and the same sense of satisfaction.
I have memorable moments of all the hosts. Every host I work with I find absolutely adorable. They are kind and thoughtful. I always make sure that they have used the products and this is why they become as excited and enthusiastic as I do.
I have memorable moments of all the letters and emails I receive from my darling Torricelumn girls and guys. I’ve kept each and every one of them in a file and look at them frequently because they are not ordinary letters - they are sent with love and such care.
What has been most meaningful to me is my participation in The Shopping Channel’s Together We Can Make A Difference - Cancer Drive. This year was overwhelmingly successful and if, every year, we succeed in raising more money than the previous, then ‘Yes- together we will certainly make a difference.’
Looking back - I can honestly say thanks to you, these 10 years have been the best years of my life!

I love the Elizabeth Grant products, but her Vitamin C serum is amazing, not for the face but for my hair. I have just finished chemotherapy and I put all her creams everywhere, even on my bald head! When my hair started to grow back, I was ecstatic, but as it grew I continued with Elizabeth’s regime, and even now when I put the Vitamin C serum on my hair, it INSTANTLY softens it. Try it once and you’ll see!
May I say, the most memorable moment for me, was the 1st Beauty Forum that was held on TSC…Miss Elizabeth was a hoot, meant with the upmost respect…I do not have a grandmother, nor have I had one since I was a real little girl..Miss Elizabeth you have become my pseudo grandmother and we love you.
My Dear Elizabeth, I have been using your products ever since I discovered the Shopping Channel, and I am sure it is close to the 10 years we are celebrationg with you. I do look and feel younger, and nobody will believe I am the age I am. I wish you many more years of health, happiness, and success. Dear Elizabeth, I have been using your products now for about 5 years and love them. I cannot count the times I have been out with my youngest daughter and people will think we are sisters, you know the good feeling that gives you and it is all beacuse of your wonderfull skin care products.
